User Agreement

1. User refers to a natural person who obtains authorization for non-commercial use from Vgamepop through legally provided channels, thereby using the Tradekitsune platform or accepting its services. In this agreement, "You" may also be used to refer to the user.

2. "Tradekitsune Game Item Exchanging platform" refers to the Tradekitsune platform website (https://tradekitsune.com/) and the mobile application software.

3. Game item refer to in-game items provided by the relevant games, including game characters, game resources, game items, etc., that can be transferred between different game accounts, and are property or property-like rights attributable to a specific entity (including but not limited to weapons, mounts, pets, equipment, skins, etc., in the game). In this agreement, "Exchange subject" may also be used to refer to game item.

The terms "exchange" and similar expressions used in this agreement and on relevant pages of the Tradekitsune platform refer solely to the transfer of the aforementioned property or property-like rights and their consideration between specific entities.

4. Tradekitsune Platform Rules refer to all content, including rules, interpretations, announcements, notifications, FAQs, help, exchange activity process descriptions, etc., that Vgamepop has published or will publish on the Tradekitsune platform.

Tradekitsune Platform is an online exchange activity service system provided by Vgamepop to its users, where users must conduct exchange activities related to game item under the premise of strictly adhering to this Agreement and the rules of the Tradekitsune Platform. When using the Tradekitsune Platform service, users must:

(1) Provide their own equipment, including personal computers or portable smart devices (such as smartphones, tablets), and equip them with internet access devices themselves.

(2) Ensure that the relevant equipment can successfully connect to the internet and successfully perform functions such as browsing, payment, etc.

(3) Have a legal, valid platform or game account that can smoothly conduct related exchange activities.

Meanwhile, the user shall bear all tax liabilities and other expenses incurred from conducting exchange activities or accepting Tradekitsune platform services.

Vgamepop reserves the right to revise the terms of this Agreement when necessary and notify users. When using Tradekitsune platform services, users shall promptly review and understand the revised content and consciously comply with all terms of this Agreement.

After the revision of this Agreement, if the user continues to use Vgamepop's services, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted all the revisions. If the user does not agree with this Agreement or any part of the revisions, the user shall immediately stop using the Tradekitsune platform and its services.

Before using the Tradekitsune platform services, users must first register to obtain an account and password for the Tradekitsune platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Tradekitsune platform account" or simply the "user account" or "account"). By registering, users agree and confirm that:

(1) The Tradekitsune platform services are provided to natural persons who have full civil capacity in accordance with the relevant law and are capable of independently bearing civil liability.

Users who are limited legal capacity persons must read this agreement under the accompaniment of their legal representative, and may only use the Tradekitsune platform service after obtaining the legal representative's consent for the user's use of the Tradekitsune platform service, payment of fees to Vgamepop, and agreement to all terms of this agreement;

Persons without legal capacity may not use the Tradekitsune platform service.

(2) Users are obligated to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal identity information as prompted during the registration process by Vgamepop. If the user provides any false, inaccurate, incomplete, or information that does not reflect the current situation, or if Vgamepop has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or does not reflect the current situation, Vgamepop reserves the right to refuse or stop the user from using the Tradekitsune platform service.

Users confirm and agree that the true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal identity information submitted by users to Vgamepop is the only valid evidence proving the association between the user and the registered Tradekitsune platform account.

(3) By using the Tradekitsune platform services, users agree to accept various types of information services published through various channels, including but not limited to website messages, emails, and mobile SMS, by Vgamepop or its partners.

The user understands and agrees that it is the user's responsibility to ensure the confidentiality and security of the account and password. The user shall be fully liable for all actions taken using their account and password and for all statements made under them. The user hereby explicitly agrees that the following actions are severely detrimental to Vgamepop's interests. If the user engages in one or more of the following actions, Vgamepop has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user without prior notice, and has the right to restrict, freeze, or delete the corresponding Tradekitsune platform account or clear its benefits. In this regard, Vgamepop shall not be liable for any compensation or refund, and the user shall bear the full responsibility for any losses incurred as a result. If the user causes other losses to Vgamepop or third parties due to engaging in a series of actions, the user shall be responsible for paying the full compensation:

(1) Obtaining services for oneself or others for non-commercial purposes other than obtaining Tradekitsune platform services.

(2) Providing the account to a third party in any form, such as renting, lending, or selling.

(3) Using any content obtained through the service for purposes other than using the Tradekitsune platform service.

(4) Illegally using someone else's Tradekitsune platform account.

(5) Obtaining paid membership service through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-filling software, or other methods not recognized by Vgamepop;

(6) Obtaining service through improper means or actions that violate the principle of good faith;

(7) Any damage caused to the user, Vgamepop, or third parties due to the user's failure to properly manage their account or password.

If the user discovers that a third party is impersonating or stealing their account or password, or if there is any other unauthorized situation, they should immediately notify Vgamepop in a valid manner and provide personal identity information consistent with the registration information of the involved account to the Tradekitsune platform. If the Tradekitsune platform verifies and confirms that the personal identity information you provide is consistent with the personal identity information submitted during registration, measures will be taken to restrict or handle the account. If you do not provide personal identity information or the personal identity information you provide is inconsistent with the personal identity information submitted during registration, the Tradekitsune platform has the right to refuse your related request. In this case, Vgamepop shall not bear any responsibility for any consequences arising from anyone's use of the account and password.

1. Given that the Tradekitsune platform is only an internet-based exchanging platform, Vgamepop does not participate in exchange activities between users. Users confirm and agree that the estimated price, reference price, market price, etc. on the Tradekitsune platform are merely reference information provided by Vgamepop to better serve users, and any actions of Vgamepop shall not be deemed to provide any explicit or implicit guarantee or assurance regarding the reasonableness of the price of the trading subject or the legality of the source of the trading subject.

But for the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the users, the users agree to authorize Vgamepop to manage exchange activities that occur on the Tradekitsune platform according to the terms of this Agreement and the Tradekitsune Platform Rules. The users acknowledge and agree to the review, investigation, restrictions, penalties, and accountability measures taken by Vgamepop based on this authorization.

2. If a user's account is compromised, hacked, or exhibits other abnormal circumstances, in the event that the user reports the issue to Vgamepop or Vgamepop proactively identifies the anomaly, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the user, Vgamepop has the right to investigate the user's account and exchange activities and take protective measures on the user's account, including but not limited to temporarily restricting account operations, downgrading the user's usage permissions on the Tradekitsune platform (including but not limited to restricting withdrawals, sales, purchases, item inspection, posting comments, nickname modifications, etc.), freezing funds, suspending or terminating exchange activities, and canceling exchange activities.

3、Upon completion of an exchange activity, if it is reported by any third party or if Vgamepop actively discovers any abnormality in the exchange activity, Vgamepop reserves the right to investigate the completed exchange activity.

4、You should be aware that due to the characteristics and complexity of network services, Vgamepop may not be able to promptly detect any abnormality in your account or exchange activities. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please closely monitor your account and exchange activity status, and contact Vgamepop promptly if any abnormality occurs.

Points are rewards given by the Tradekitsune platform to users for specific behaviors (such as participating in platform activities, conducting in-game item exchange activities, etc.). Points can be used to exchange gifts. The rules for obtaining and using points are formulated and published by Vgamepop. Regarding the use of points, the user agrees and confirms:

(1) Points will be credited to the Tradekitsune platform account used by the user when performing specific actions and are solely for the use of the account holder through that account. Points cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other users' points for use;

(2) Points can only be exchanged or used for consumption on the Tradekitsune platform and cannot be directly cashed out or used for any purposes that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, or relevant rules, policies, and other regulations of Vgamepop;

(3) If a user violates relevant regulations by improperly obtaining and/or using points, Vgamepop reserves the right to take the measures. If the user's violation causes losses to Vgamepop and/or third parties, the user shall bear full responsibility.

When Vgamepop requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, it shall publicly disclose its privacy protection policy and personal information use policy to the users in a clear and conspicuous manner in advance, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information. Without the user's consent, Vgamepop shall not provide, disclose, or share personal identity information such as the user's name, valid personal identification number, contact information, and home address from user registration data to any third party, except in the following cases:

(1) Authorized by the user or the user's guardian to disclose to Vgamepop.

(2) Required by relevant laws for Vgamepop to disclose.

(3) Information provided by judicial or administrative organs based on statutory procedures.

(4) When Vgamepop initiates litigation or arbitration against users to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.

(5) When provided to users' guardians upon their legitimate requests for user personal identity information.

To protect users' privacy rights and regulate the use of user personal information, Vgamepop has formulated the《Tradekitsune Privacy Policy》, please read the content of the policy carefully.

1. Users agree that all actions taken while using the Tradekitsune platform service shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations, the requirements of the relevant games, the operating rules of the game to which the exchange activity subject belongs, this Agreement, and the Tradekitsune platform rules, among others.

2. Users agree to adhere to the principles of good faith during exchange activities on the Tradekitsune platform and shall not engage in fraudulent, false, or misleading activities.

3. Users agree that the source of the exchange activity subject traded on the Tradekitsune platform shall comply with the laws and regulations, the requirements of the relevant games, the operating rules of the game to which the exchange activity subject belongs, and the relevant rules and policies issued by Vgamepop, among others. For the act of exchanging activity game items obtained through fraudulent means, exploiting loopholes, or other illegal and unlawful methods, Vgamepop reserves the right to take punitive measures in accordance with this Agreement, the Tradekitsune platform rules, and the relevant rules and policies issued by Vgamepop.

4. When users publish information or use the services of the Tradekitsune platform or related web pages, they shall not create, reproduce, publish, or spread the following types of information:

(1) Those that violate the basic principles established by the relevant laws.

(2) Those that damage the national honor and interests.

(3) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination, and undermining national unity.

(4) Undermining the religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition.

(5) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(6) Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crime

(7) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(8) Containing other content that is prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations.

5. Users shall not engage in the following activities using the services of the Tradekitsune platform:

(1) Deleting, modifying, or adding to the functions of computer information networks without authorization.

(2) Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without authorization.

(3) Intentionally creating, spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses.

(4) Other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.

6. Users shall not interfere with the services of Tradekitsune platform in any manner, including but not limited to developing, supporting, or using software, devices, scripts, programs, or employing any technical means to maliciously disrupt the Tradekitsune platform website, interfere with the normal operation of the Tradekitsune platform, etc.

7. Users must bear legal responsibility for their actions while using the Tradekitsune platform services. The forms of legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating those who are harmed, and after Vgamepop first bears administrative penalties or compensation liabilities due to user actions, users shall compensate Vgamepop for its direct and indirect losses.

8. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Vgamepop, users shall not engage in the following actions (whether for profit or non-profit):

(1) Copying, re-recording, de-compiling, disassembling, distributing, and displaying all or part of the programs, user manuals, and other graphic, audio, and video materials of the Tradekitsune platform, or performing reverse engineering on any function or program of the Tradekitsune platform.

(2) Publicly displaying and performing all or part of the services, exchange activity processes, etc. of the Tradekitsune platform in various forms and on various platforms (including but not limited to live streaming platforms, websites, APPs, etc.).

(3) Renting out, selling, or using the Tradekitsune platform for any profit-making activities.

(4) Modifying or obscuring the service name, company logo, trademark, copyright information, or other intellectual property statements on the program, images, animations, packaging, and manuals of the Tradekitsune platform.

(5) Violating the Tradekitsune platform's Robots Exclusion Protocol or bypassing anti-scraping measures to illegally obtain information from the Tradekitsune platform or interfere with its normal operation.

(6) Other actions that violate trademark law, copyright law, the Computer Software Protection Regulations, and relevant laws and regulations, as well as international treaties.

9. If a user's illegal behavior is confirmed by a legally effective document issued by a people's court or administrative organ, or if Vgamepop has sufficient factual basis to determine that the user has engaged in illegal acts or violated this Agreement or the rules of the Tradekitsune platform, Vgamepop has the right to choose one or more of the following measures for processing:

(1) To restrict or prohibit users from using their Tradekitsune platform account, or to suspend or terminate users' exchange activity permissions.

(2) Prohibited from logging in, signing out, or deleting user accounts;

(3) Modify or delete the user's username, avatar, and other user-defined information; delete related information published by the user;

(4) Deduct the balance in the user's Tradekitsune platform account, or restrict or prohibit the user from withdrawing the balance of the Tradekitsune platform account;

(5) Deduct points from the user's Tradekitsune platform account;

(6) Downgrade the user's permissions on the Tradekitsune platform, including but not limited to restricting withdrawals, sales, purchases, accessory viewing, posting comments, and nickname modifications;

(7) Publicly disclose the user’s illegal/breaching of contract/breaching behavior on the Tradekitsune platform through online publication.

10. For the following types of information or activities posted by users on the Tradekitsune platform, Vgamepop reserves the right to delete or take other restrictive or punitive measures without notifying the user. Such information/activities include but are not limited to:

(1) For the purpose of maliciously disrupting the prices of virtual game items;

(2) Vgamepop has reasonable grounds to believe that there exist fraudulent or false content;

(3) Vgamepop has reasonable grounds to believe that the exchange activities are unrelated to the Tradekitsune platform or are not for exchange activity purposes;

(4) Vgamepop has reasonable grounds to believe that there are malicious bidding, malicious price suppression, or other factors attempting to disrupt the normal order of exchange activities;

(5) Vgamepop has reasonable grounds to believe that this information violates the public interest or may seriously harm the legitimate interests of this website and other users;

(6) Other information that may harm Vgamepop, the Tradekitsune platform, other users of the Tradekitsune platform, or the public interest.

1. All works and materials (including but not limited to text, software, sound, photos, video, charts, etc.) on the Tradekitsune platform that are owned by Vgamepop as copyright, patent rights, exclusive trademark rights, and other intellectual property, unless expressly authorized by Vgamepop in advance, no one shall use them in any form without permission, otherwise Vgamepop reserves the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to such users and strictly pursue their legal responsibilities.

2. During the use of the Tradekitsune platform services, users may need to provide content to Vgamepop through various means such as uploading, publishing, etc. In this case, users still retain the full intellectual property rights to such content.

Users hereby explicitly agree that while providing the aforementioned content, they irrevocably grant Vgamepop and its affiliated companies a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, copy, modify, relicense, translate, publish, perform, and display such content, as well as to create derivative works based on such content.

1. Vgamepop reserves the right to modify or interrupt the Tradekitsune platform services at any time without prior notice to users.

2. For the normal operation of the website, Vgamepop needs to conduct regular downtime maintenance or emergency downtime maintenance for unexpected incidents; any temporary interruption of normal services caused by the above circumstances should be understood by users, and Vgamepop is obligated to do its best to avoid service interruptions and limit the duration of interruptions to the shortest possible time.

3. Vgamepop may terminate the Tradekitsune platform services upon prior notice to users based on actual business needs. Users agree that if Vgamepop has prior notified users of the termination of services, Vgamepop shall not be liable to users or any third party for any losses caused by the termination of services.

4. In the following circumstances, Vgamepop may terminate the service provided to specific users:

(1) When a user violates relevant provisions of laws and regulations, or the relevant agreements of this Agreement or the Tradekitsune Platform Rules, Vgamepop has the right to terminate the service provided to that user. If such user registers again or registers under someone else's name to become a user of the Tradekitsune Platform after being terminated by Vgamepop, Vgamepop has the right to terminate the service provision again to that user;

(2) The personal identity information provided by the user during registration is false;

(3) The user requests Vgamepop to terminate the service provided to them, and Vgamepop agrees.

(4) Other cases where termination is required as agreed upon by both parties or as stipulated by law.

1. The views, suggestions, and other content expressed by users on the Tradekitsune platform are personal opinions of the users and do not represent the views of Vgamepop.

2. Vgamepop shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure. The force majeure referred to in this Service Agreement includes: natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations, changes in government directives, issues related to third-party application platforms, unique reasons inherent to network service characteristics (such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators, defects in computer or internet-related technologies, sudden failures of hardware, software, and electronic communication equipment, limitations in internet coverage, computer viruses, hacker attacks, and other similar factors), and other objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome within legal boundaries.

3. The user understands and agrees that the services provided by the Tradekitsune platform are offered as they are, based on existing technology and conditions. Vgamepop will make its utmost effort to provide services to ensure their continuity and security; however, Vgamepop cannot always anticipate and prevent technical risks and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, flaws in third-party services, interference from third-party services, government actions, and other reasons that may lead to service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks. Vgamepop cannot guarantee that any materials or other data downloaded from the Tradekitsune platform are free from viruses, contamination, or destructive elements.

Due to the unique nature of the network environment and uncertain security factors from third parties on the network, Vgamepop does not guarantee that the Tradekitsune platform or any content, services, or functions on it are free from any errors or interruptions, does not guarantee that any flaws will be corrected, or that the use of the Tradekitsune platform will produce specific results.

If you are dissatisfied with the Tradekitsune platform or any content, you should stop using the Tradekitsune platform or any such content. The limitation of remedies is part of the mutual agreement.

4. Vgamepop shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damages caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Service interruptions caused by regular website and server inspections or maintenance, or updates to hardware and software to better serve users with professional and convenient services;

(2) Issues with network service provider lines or other failures;

(3) Measures taken in emergencies in accordance with legal provisions or government directives

(4) Disputes between the users and any other third party;

(5) Any actions taken by Vgamepop in accordance with legally binding documents that have taken effect and valid government documents

(6) Other circumstances caused by reasons other than Vgamepop.

5. Given the particularity of the exchange activity subject, the Tradekitsune platform is unable to identify and determine the civil capacity, qualifications, credit status, etc. of the relevant parties involved in the exchange activity, nor can it identify and determine the source, ownership, authenticity, performance, specifications, quality, quantity, and other attributes and conditions of the exchange activity subject. Therefore, before the exchange activity, you should carefully identify, and carefully consider and evaluate the various risks that may arise from the exchange activity, and bear the consequences arising therefrom yourself.

All notices sent by Vgamepop to users may be sent in the form of announcements, emails, in-site messages, paper letters, or other forms.

1. If users have any questions about this Agreement, please log in to the Tradekitsune platform to obtain relevant information or contact the Tradekitsune platform via email 【support@vgamepop.com】.

2. Users understand and agree that the provision of Tradekitsune platform services may be subject to specific constraints or restrictions imposed by third parties on rules related to, but not limited to, application development, operation, exchange activities, etc. If a user's use of Tradekitsune platform services results in an invalid or partially invalid exchange activity due to a violation of a third party's rules, both parties may handle the matter in accordance with the provisions of Article Ten of this Agreement regarding the modification, interruption, or termination of services. In the event of any losses arising from this, Vgamepop shall bear no responsibility, and the user agrees not to pursue any form of claim against Vgamepop. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed entirely or partially invalid or unenforceable due to legal provisions, any third-party rules, or effective legal documents, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

3. Users understand and agree that Tradekitsune platform may, on its own or on behalf of third-party advertisers, send advertising, promotional, or promotional information to you during the provision of services (including commercial and non-commercial information), and the methods and scope of which may be changed without special notification to the user. Users shall independently judge the authenticity of advertising information and be responsible for their judgment. Except as expressly stipulated by law, Tradekitsune platform shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to exchange activities conducted based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
