The Balloon Dog is a limited rare pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on April 20, 2023, as part of the 2023 Gift and Accessory Refresh Update. It was obtainable by purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 300 or the Standard Chest for 105; players had a 1.8% and 0.7% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively. On November 9, 2023, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Balloon Dog was removed from the game. This pet accessory can now only be obtained through trading. The Balloon Dog features a blue balloon tied into the shape of a dog. This pet accessory goes on a pet's back.
