Overview

The Basic Egg is a common egg in Adopt Me! that was released on September 12, 2025. It can be purchased for 400, which are earned through using the Pet Releaser, or obtained through trading. The pets available from the Basic Egg rotate over time as new pets are added and older ones are removed.

Hatching

The Basic Egg takes 5 tasks to hatch. Players can only hatch pets that are currently available in the game through standard methods, with some exceptions: Pets that cost Robux Pets obtainable from baits Pets from the Retired Egg Pets from the RGB Reward Box The Emberlight, Dango Penguins, Dragonfruit Fox, and Silverback Gorilla are exclusive to the Basic Egg and Crystal Egg.
