The Puffer Fish is a limited ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on June 8, 2023. Since it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained by hatching any remaining Danger Eggs or through trading. Players have a 16% chance of hatching an ultra-rare pet from the Danger Egg, but only a 5.3% chance of hatching a Puffer Fish. The Puffer Fish has a yellow body with an off-white underbelly. It has spikes on its body, two yellow fins, and two large black eyes.

Mega Puffer Fish is the highest form, made by combining four Neon Puffer Fish. Its rainbow glow makes it very valuable in trades. Pufferfish adopt me worth depends on its form and demand. As a limited pet from Danger Egg, it can be traded now.
