About Treasure Key

Overview

The Treasure Key is a limited rare toy in Adopt Me! that was released on July 11, 2025, alongside week two of the Summer Festival (2025). Players could purchase it for 550 from Arnie. Since the event ended, it can now only be obtained through trading. During week 2 of the event, only 5 Treasure Keys could be purchased every 24 hours. During week 3 the daily purchase cap was raised to 11, and during week 4 it was raised to 17.

Usage

During the Summer Festival (2025), Treasure Keys could be used to unlock Treasure Chests scattered around the event area to obtain items and Doubloons. The Treasure Key now acts as a throw toy, and is thrown for a pet to fetch when a player clicks their screen with it equipped. This item can be used to fulfill the 'catch' ailment on pets.
