The Bird Nest Event - Complete Guide

January 17, 2026 Update: The Grow a Garden team has launched an exciting new event: Hungry Birds! Let’s take a look at what surprises this event has in store for us.

Mechanics Overview

Availability: Throughout the entire Event.

The main task in the Hungry Birds event is Bird Nest. In the center of the game lobby, you’ll find a small square plot featuring a bird’s nest, surrounded by the flying pets of the Bird Egg. To participate, simply place a Crop or Food item at the nest and wait for a bird to eat it. Once it does, the bird will spit out a random reward!

How to Participate in the Hungry Birds Event

There is a large nest that appears at the map's center, circled by five Bird Egg pets. Feed them any crop or food for random rewards.

Step 1: Locate the nest stage in the map center and stand nearby.

​Step 2: Equip a cheap crop like corn from inventory.

Step 3: ​Press "F" to place it in the nest.

Step 4: ​Wait for a bird to consume it and drop your reward, then collect and repeat.

Step 5: Repeat the steps above to harvest unlimited Bird Eggs.

How to Get Bird Eggs in Grow a Garden

Follow the instructions above to feed hungry birds, and you will have around 50% chance to get Bird Eggs.

Pro Tips:

• You can place only one fruit at a time.
• Every 3~5 minutes, a random bird will descend from above the nest, eat the food provided, and leave behind a random reward.
• Use cheap food to farm the Bird Egg loop.
